To register for the the 2009-2010 school year, please come to CHS as soon as possible. All students registering after August 1st, 2009 must fill out the appropriate paperwork and then turn it in to the Registar (Mrs. Hayton). At that time, students schedules will be created by a counselor.
In order for students to be registered, the following are REQUIRED:
- Proof of Residence (2 FORMS, ex: utility bill or lease agreement, etc.)
- Birth Certificate
- Immunizations
- Transcripts (non-freshman only)
- Withdrawl Notice From Previous School (non-freshman only)
- 8th Grade Diploma (freshmen only)
- Completed Registration Forms
