RETURNING STUDENTS: Grades 10-12:

GRADE 9 AND NEW ENROLLEES:

  • Report to the South Gym
  • Arrive at the start time of each session to avoid any delays with student testing
  • Freshmen will take their placement during registration: Plan on 1-2 hours of your time

PURPOSE OF WALK-THROUGH REGISTRATION

Dear Cortez Students and Parents:

With social distancing constraints, Walk-Through Registration is limited to a few critical components. This is to maintain the safety and well-being of our families and our staff. Please note that many of the services provided in the past will not be available; however, all those items may now be handled remotely with our various offices. Our goal is to verify student registration and to get students the tools they need to begin the year remotely. It is CRITICAL that your student attends to:

  • Verify registration for the school year
  • Get a student ID
  • Get a Chromebook (ALL students will be issued a Chromebook)

If a student does not attend Walk-Through Registration, we have no way to provide them with the resources to begin this school year. Therefore, courses will not be assigned to students who do not attend. Please contact us immediately at 623-915-8200 if there is an issue with your student being present for Walk-Through Registration. Thank you so much!
