Celebrate Our Students Diverse Cultures

World with many hands to represent different cultures

Hispanic Honor Society and Spanish classes are hosting International Day to embrace, celebrate and honor our students, staff, and families who are from another country, another culture, or who have unique traditions, languages, and more. International Day Part II will celebrate other cultures that represent the Cortez family in the Spring.

There will be 21 tables set up, one for each Spanish speaking country, where students can learn about the food, dress, and customs of that country.  They will receive scavenger hunt questions and a passport. Students will need to go to the tables to answer the questions and then get a stamp for their passport.

If will be a fun and informative day.
