Pamela Smith joined the Cortez staff in 2005 after working for three years in a sister school in the district. She began her career as a Language Arts teacher. At Cortez, she teaches English 3-4 as well as acts as an advisor for "The Spectator", the school newspaper. In 2006, she became the school's Yearbook advisor.
Pamela graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's degree in English Education.
