Michelle Yanez has been at Cortez High School since 2000.  She has been teaching for 20 years.  She currently sponsors the CHS Mathematics Club as well as the Wrestling Spurs.  She is also the mathematics department chairperson. Miss Yanez has a bachelor's degree in Mathematics Education from Northern Arizona University.  She also has a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Chapman University .
