Jodie Donner is the media center coordinator at Cortez. She taught previously for nine years at Thunderbird High School. She has taught English 5-6, English 7-8, Writing for College, World Literature, Yearbook and Journalism.

She received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wyoming in 1999 and her Master's Degree in Educational Technology from ASU in 2003.

Providing interesting fiction and relevant resources for Cortez students is top on her list of priorities. Students have a wealth of information available to them, but they need to know how to use it all effectively and efficiently. Mrs. Donner is also available to support the Cortez teachers with up-to-date resources and research materials to supplement their lessons in the classroom and during visits to the media center.
