Jennifer Starchman has been at Cortez since 2002, where she began her career as a Mathematics teacher. Since then she has taught Algebra 1, Geometry, College Algebra, and Math Standards Prep.  She sponsors the Freshman Class for Student Council and is currently the coach of the Cortez Speech team. Mrs. Starchman has a bachelor's degree in Secondary Mathematics Education from Arizona State University and is working on a Master's Degree from Northern Arizona University.
