Dave Daoust has been at Cortez since 2001, teaching Learning Skills Resource and coaching freshman basketball, cross country, and track. Currently, Dave is the freshman boys basketball coach and Head boys tennis coach. Dave taught in the Special Education Department at Palo Verde Middle School for 5 years before transfering to Cortez. Dave has a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Arizona, earned his teaching certificate at Prescott College, and has a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.
