Extracurricular activities are extremely important to every high school students' future. So...get involved!

Did you know that your free time is important to colleges, universities, and even your future employer?  Staying invovled and participating in a club or sport looks great on your resume. So, here at CHS, we recommend that you choose activities matching your interests and ones that you truly enjoy.   

It is also important to keep track of all your activities in high school.

Create a folder or file of your extracurricular activites NOW.  You can also come to the counseling office to pick up a resume form to help you keep track.   Resumes are a valuable resource that will come in handy when you apply to a specific college or scholarship.
