Follow the link below to drop a work order with the IT Department. Use your Novell login to access the form If you have trouble click the back arrow on your browser and look below.
1. Once you are logged in, click "Submit New Issue" link on the left hand side.
2. Please use the pull down menu to the Category that best describes your issue.
3. Give a detailed explanation of what the issue is or how the IT department can help you.
4. Hit SAVE (If you don't, the work order will not be sent.)
Every reasonable effort will be made to contact you within 24 hours re: the status of your work order via email.
If password doesn't work, please send me an email and I will supply you with an alternative so that you can get into the system. Thank you.
